Inspired by P1nkpr1ncess last night, knowing what great abs she must have (jealous much ;) ) I am launching operation "abs of steel"!!! I have decided to do as many sit ups as possible (last night I think was 55 with the aide of the pole... sitting on the floor, legs in a hang back position then doing sit ups). I also plan to do a few eagle exercises :) One is on the floor where you lie on your back raise your legs til they are over your head open them into a V hold for a bit close and lower slowly! Also a few pole pull ups as if I am heading into the eagle :yes:

I showed D the spinning eagle last night, he was very impressed :) I was quite pleased because I wasn't sure I was getting into the eagle enough but he said I had my legs at a little bit of an angle but not too much! Go me!!

I am quite surprised... I thought my stomach would ache a little with all those sit ups and the quite a few spinning eagles I did but so far I am ok!
