Shall be busy... Monday I shall do level 3, the final one, Tuesday I start level 4, Wednesday is Guides, Thursday I have a rest and Friday is Pole Addict!!
I am going to be dead by the weekend 
I can't wait to start level 4 though, we do some great moves there, one is called the fallen angel, we do a spinning eagle and other things!
I shall have to look later to see if I can find a picture of the fallen angel

Pro Ooh what other inverts are you doing? I know we have quite a few in level 4 too, including hangback with straight legs (level 3 has one leg crossed) which I can already do xx

We don't know everything we'll be doing because we haven't started the level yet. We're doing an inverted spin though which looks nice!!
When you say hangback do you mean cross knee release (the one with knee bent) and cross ankle release (with straight legs)?? x

Pro Yeah thats what my mate calls them too I think we call it a hangback because thats effectively what you are doing lol! Sitting, then hanging back!!

So you both moves a hangback? Wikipole calls them cross knee/ankle release, I think Wikipole allows a more generalisation of pole names now.
We don't know what it is exactly, it's not the spinning eagle though. I think P1nk has blogged about it. x

Pro TYeah both are hangback to us! I tend to use what my school calls them because I can often find pictures of them on their website or facebook page!
I know the fallen angel is known as something else too... I think its scorpio... but I could be wrong (what we call scorpio my friend called lunchbox... its all soooo confusing!)
Yeah she did mention it but didn't say what it was!!! You'll both have to let me know what it looks like
(oh btw I get to do V/wrist sit in level 4, its strange how schools do different moves at different times!)

Pro I am looking forward too it, Finally I get to learn new things It will only be like that for a week, after that level 3 is finished!
At least I have the weekend to recover x

That does sound like a busy week!! We start our level 4 next week (although I know our levels are different to yours)
