I've been looking for a story that I know would usually have been reported by the BBC in local news at least, but I can't find it.

Yesterday there were protests held outside the israelian embassy in London. 2 of them. One pro Palestinian and onr pro Israeli. They were supposed to start and finish at different times, one before the other. The pro Palestinan one first followed by the pro Israeli. Only the Palestinian one was supposed to finish at the same time as the other one started so they stuck around. This resulted in riots where police in riot gear had to get involved and push them back. Not being there myself I don't know the details but I have been told it was quite physical etc.

I am told it was the Palestinians were the ones making trouble and the Israelis left peacefully.

I just wonder why I can't see any reports of this! Maybe I am looking in the wrong places?? Usually the media loves stories where police have to get physical with people, and I am told last night, batens were out, and people were forcefully pushed back. In fact this was the most physical situation he had been in!
