I am sitting watching a CCTV camera screen only this camera looks like it has a windscreen wiper or an upside down pendulum or something waving in front of it!! I want to know what it is now!!! :)) :))

EDIT: It is a wiper! How strange, I didn't know CCTV had that! Ah well you learn something new every day....

And I am sure everyone is thrilled to know it now too.... |-| :))
