Having made a decision to go the the Greenwich thing, (ter all I have this train ticket I have to buy so I may as well make full use of it
) I am now going to obsess over the route to get there, worry about engineering works (I know this weekend there is engineering on the district line or some such thing, so will next weekend be the same??), and freak out slightly over going into an unknown pub alone not knowing who's there and who isn't, I also shall have to make one other very very important decision.... what do I wear

Har har. No, I genuinely can't afford it.
For once in my life I am actually trying to be sensible with bills and things and I really - like, REALLY - need furniture and suchlike...-

lol now I have an image of you tapping away on a laptop sitting cross legged in the middle of a totally empty room...

I'll take loads of pics and you can pretend you were there then..

You're not a million miles away.
At the moment in the living room we've got a telly, but no couches (they arrive tomorrow) or tables or curtains (up, anyway - haven't, got round to putting them up yet
); in the kitchen I've got aall the cutlery and plates and stuff - but no pans apart from a wok, which I still haven't used; got my bed, thankfully, and some bedroom stuff; but need loads of wardrobes, and a huge beanie for this cool window-under-the-stairs thing etc etc-

lol nope I'm 200 miles away

so you are sitting on the floor in the middle of the room??

*Sticks on TfL hat*
Northern Line to London Bridge and get a train to Greenwich
Go to TfL.gov.uk if you want to check out your options
Which means I can just get a train to London Bridge then another to Greenwich

I wondered what TfL stood for!
