Wednesday!

I have a throbbing headache and am generally feeling a bit bleugh right now I really hope its a tiredness thing as I have plans this weekend and have been looking forward to them for weeks

I really need to go an lie down right now

I am still feeling quite weird over things this morning. Its not really surprising but I am still not sure what to feel!!

In an effort to shake the weirdness, I thought I'd get stuck into typing up minutes, which I had started yesterday.... only I can't find where I saved the bloody thing!! Argh!! Luckily I had only started to adjust things not type anything up!!!

And my nice distraction isn't there today Hmmm maybe its time for tea??

Oh and I feel a little light headed and I don't know why

I'm feeling really tired again today I have no idea why though!! And apparently my eyes look tired

Ah well, nearly the weekend, I'll have to sleep a bit, in order to be bright and breeze for my mates birthday Which reminds me... I need to buy a present!! Arrgghh!! What do I buy??

I'll have to look round the shops either this evening or tomorrow I would go at lunch but I am lunching with workmates

Hmmm maybe I cna sleep on the train home?? I could get the slow train that terminates in Luton to make sure I don't end up in Bedford

Last night I headed to Blackfriars station only to find when I got there that all the fast trains were running half an hour late!! Nightmare! Luckily there was a slow train that terminated at Luton that was on time, so I got on that. Considering, once you get past St Pancras, there are 2 lines of train that provide a fast service to bedford, I was quite surprised not to see any fast train go past!

This Luton train that I got on last night, is actually a new service they introdued about 2 weeks ago. I was going to blog and moan about it, and how confusing it was but now I won't because I was glad it was there last night! Without it I would have had to wait for one of the delayed services!

In other news, I have a feeling I may have to stop wearing heels soon I can feel the strain on one of my ankles I don't have the strongest of ankles so it wouldn't take much for me to stumble and get hurt Not that I have any flat shoes.... hmmm I predict problems occuring

Today is really dragging!! I can't believe its not quite lunch yet! It feels like I have been here aaaagggeesss!!

And nothing much interesting is happening, its all boring and quite and looks quite miserable outside.

*Sigh*

Hmmm I really think its time for me to book a few days off!! I am owed nearly 2 whole weeks of holiday so I may aswell use some don't ya think?

Just wish I had somewhere to go when I am off

I guess I shall just go back to deciding what to have for lunch, deciding something else and waiting for my phone to buzz

How come when one bit of work comes along, hundreds of others do too?? I have one thing that I have to do today and am sure there are loads of things I need to do!! I can't actually think of them right now but I am sure they exist

Its such a shame I find most of it quite boring lol!!

And now I am sure there was more I wanted to say but can't think of that either.

I am being driven mad by the incredibly slow internet connection I have here today! I thought home was bad, due to the fact I have a low signal being in the attic but its taking forever to load things here...Aaaaarrrrggghhhh!!

But at least I had a nice large Millies Cookie... mmmmmm

And I am thankful I wasn't one of the people who got trapped in the lift earlier.... I am soooooooooo glad I chose the stairs

Now I should do some work... *sigh*

I feel a little blue today. I'm not really too sure why! I am sleepy, lethargic and my arms ache for no reason Its rather grey out too! But it isn't raining dso I guess thats a good thing, although I brought my umbrella for the first time in ages, so all its doing is cluttering up my bag I really need a new one though.... and a new bag!!

At least today doesn't seem to be dragging too much Lunchtime is almost here Not that I am very hungry!!

I have just found the best pair of boots ever on eBay!! I want these!!!

Last night I hardly slept at all!! Its very strange because I know i was tired. It was about 3am when I finally slept and 4.20 when I woke again I did get to sleep again for another hour and a half at 7am

I am soooooo glad its a bank holiday, meaning I can go to sleep all day

When I was in Milton Keynes yesterday we came across a sporting exhibition thing in the middle of the shopping centre... which included a load of sporting legends signing autographs which included Frank Bruno, Jack Charlton and a number of others who I can't remember now, but there were loads!! (not that I'd heard of all of them )

Anyhoo I may lie down and watch tv.... I notice its seasonal with Juzzzy The Grinch on...

I was just checking out the new items from my favourite sellers on ebay. As you might guess my favourite sellers sell corsets.... so why is one of them selling this??

Haven't been able to listen to this for the longest time but now....

the card cloning bug has bitten again, for the second time in as many years my dad has got done. Not really sure where it was this time, possibly the cash point in the village!

It has inspired me to check my account carefully and luckily it all seems ok even the payment today which I thought I wouldn't get

In contrast to the other day I am quite excited about the direction my life seems to be heading But I'm still not counting chickens and all that

Although right now I am heading for sleep cos I am soooooo tired

Nearly time to go home for the bank holiday weekend

I have had a bit of a strange day! Its been busy and I have had 2 1 hour meetings which seems to take up a lot of time! I ended up doing a lot of printing this afternoon for a colleague and so the minutes I was going to type up haven't been done! Well at least I'll have something to do first thing Tuesday!

In other news I was so busy texting I didn't eat my lunch properly! Its ok though cos I am not really hungry and can always nibble on the train home

And My shoes have arrived Well one pair anyway!! The other pair should arrive Tuesday I reckon But I may not be able to walk in them Mum says the heel feels very high!!

I love my dress I really do...

Its just a bit tight around the knee making walking hard and walking upstairs very difficult

Hmmm I hope there's not too much walking around today

anyhoo I am sooooo glad its Friday! And a nice long bank holiday weekend

I am feeling ever so slightly bored right now!! I have accomplished several things this morning, had some nice chats too lol!!

I have a few things to be getting onwards but nothing is grabbing my fancy right now! I am soooooo unmotivated in this job

Ah well, it'll soon be time to go and get the post..... meaning another walk round the office I must have gone round and round this office so many times in the past few days

At least its nearly Friday And nearly the weekend And I have nearly 2 weeks leave owed to me, so I am thinking of taking a few days off

Thats what my mum said to me when I saw her this morning!! Apparently I am wearing my "Friday" top! I guess I do only wear it on Fridays, but I have my dress for tomorrow and so I thought I'd wear it today (Its my lacy coset style top that I got from ebay )

I am eating for breakfast a small packet of mini jammie dodgers And drinking coffee! Today its annoying me a lot that I cannot get onto Facebook here as there are messages I want to check and answer!!

Anyhoo there's not much I can do about it until I get home so no point in getting annoyed really!!

I kept having such weird dreams about work last night! It was all to do with the meeting I attended to take minutes yesterday afternoon! It was on my mind because I haven't taken proper minutes before! Just informal team minutes and action points. This meeting was quite informal and I hope I got all the information I needed... I thought it was quite interesting once I figured out what was being talked about

I am feeling a bit weird today.... not in the best of moods but not in a bad mood just.... edgy maybe? I'm not really sure how to describe it lol!!

And my shoes still keep falling off, I had more Cinderella moments on the way into work.... maybe its a sign that I need new ones??? Its not just one pair, I changed when I got into work and these ones keep falling off too!! I definitely think my feet have shrunk.... although that would mean I'd never find shoes... a lot of shoes don't come in size 3 so there's no way I'd find size 2 or 2.5

In other news, the man in charge of Projects and things here has something assigned to him called "Intelligent Systems" I want to know what it is!! Why is he not around for me to ask??

I had 2 Cinderella moments on the way home....

I lost my shoe twice!!

Unfortunately no Prince Charming was around to fit the shoe to my foot

The fact that my shoes keep falling off my feet make me wonder if my feet are shrinking

Hmmm how weird... that reminds me of an MSN status I had once... it said "Feeling like Cinderella but her Prince Charming as lost the slipper!"

I wonder why these similarities come up??

What is it about young men?? I swear there were 2 of them trying to look up my skirt on the escalator in London Bridge station as I headed to Greenwich the other week.... ok it was quite short but still they were rather obvious...and I had headphones in which usually makes me a little oblivious to things!!

And why is it people don't know how to rinse out a kettle?? Every time I put one on I have to rinse it out as there's far too much limescale to make a decent cup of tea...

Why is there no interesting news for my newsletter???

And why can I never find anyone to go to karaoke with?? I think I'll sulk over this one...

This office is like a ghost ship this morning!! All the staff are to attend a DTO away day either this morning or this afternoon so it'll be like this all day!! Sadly temps aren't included in this, even ones who want to become permanent!! Ah well I can relax and produce my weekly report/newsletter without any hassles hopefully

I forgot my phone today Its a bit irritating as I use it to call for my lift when I reach St Albans (that way they have plenty of time to get to the station). I'll just have to call from here when I leave and pray there are no delays!!! I don't use it for anything else here at the moment so its not too much of a problem... hmmm what if there is a home emergecy though?? I don't think they have my work number...

Anyhoo I want to know how come my friends all need diaries, even for a little thing like after work drinks?? Bah!!!

I guess I really should get to work....

In other news Boris is apparently taking a great deal of interest and is going to be Chair of the board.... What next??

So I was sitting listening to my mp3 player earlier and this came on and made me think of MMT as I knew he liked it... as its his birthday I thought I'd post it...

And then wondered if he'd prefer this one

And then thought I can't have an entire blog like this so, after hearing this on the way home I remembered how much I liked it and thought I'd post it

It just made me think that however bad things get its true there is always someone who is there for you. Sometimes I think we all need to remember that!!

Hmmm what a weird post!! I am in bit of a strange mood actually, Queen does that to me

My hair reinvention stage seems to have been a success I am loving my new haircut, although working in an office which is predominantly male, I've not had too many comments.... I give 8 points to the guy who noticed the cut (who then sat there commenting on it with another workmate.. "it looks softer" were his words) and maybe 2 points to the guy who says "you're hair is much redder.." But no more comments (except from the girls of course)

But it doesn't really matter, I'm happy with it I am also loving my new top that I am wearing today

And the new colour eyeshadow... which was almost a disaster because I couldn't find my nice purples to begin with

But the only thing is.... the air con seems to be working today so I am a little cold...

Hmmm... on Friday I was quite busy and I remember someone asking me to copy something, so I said yeah, put it on my desk I'll do it in a bit... seeing the thing on my desk this morning and I can't remember who it was that asked me and how many copies they wanted!! How annoying!!

And in other news I forgot to bring some tea with me as I have one bag left and the tea here is icky!!

Aarrgghh...

Today I have actually been out and about!! Weird huh? Usually I spend my weekends here, just relaxing, blogging a bit and watching some tv, but today I didn't!

At 11am I had my hair appointment so I walked down the road for that. 45 minutes and £18.50 later I am now sporting a brand new fab hair cut and £18.50 for a cut and blow dry is a bargain I love my hairdressers, I've been going to them for years and years

Anyway after getting home, as everyone else was out, I stuck my mp3 player on and did some tidying singing along As I knew mum and dad were heading to town later I waited for them to come back. About 1.30 I think we went to town and I came back with the most fabulous black Jane Norman dress and a couple of tops for work I love them

Consequently we didn't have lunch until 3.30, and still haven't had dinner, although its cooking, and I'm not really feeling that hungry

All in all today has been a rather nice day and stage one of my reinvention is complete....stage 2 continues tomorrow with a hair dye, and stage three begins on Monday and continues through to Friday....I wonder what work will think of my nice tight black dress??

I am a little sad that the only thing I have planned this weekend is a hair cut!!

I really want to go to karaoke again sometime soon, but my friends are all booked up till June Amy volunteers out there to go with me??

Ah well I guess I shall just lie here and watch Broken Arrow
