In various jobs I have always been amazed at the amount of "technical" people that are not really IT proficient! (As in Office documents I mean). This is despite their work being mainly PC based...
Anyway, off to amend a report into the correct format....

I had a manager once who couldn't seem to understand that you can't open Excel files in Word (and had the social skills of a shy dormouse!).
Shouldn't really laugh, but hey...
